Refund policy

We want you to love your ALEXISLA skincare—but if it’s not the right fit, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all full-size products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, even after trying it, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return:

Contact us at support@alexisla.com. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a shipping label. Please note: returns must be initiated through our team to be accepted.

A Few Things to Know:

  • Tried but not true? No problem. We accept returns on gently used products so you can feel confident giving them a real shot.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery to be eligible.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please allow extra time for your bank to post it to your account.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, reach out to us immediately. We’ll make it right.

International Orders & EU Customers

If you’re ordering from the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cancellation period (starting from the date you receive your order), even if the product has been opened. Please contact us to initiate the process.
